As a recent development, India’s 3rd Largest ITC Distributor Savex Technologies ( http://www.savex.in/ ) partnered with BolttCoin to implement a corporate Health & Wellness Program for the company employees.
Savex has 42 office locations pan India and a large corporate & on ground workforce.
BolttCoin organised a unique challenge for each office location.
The winners of each challenge, would then take part in a mega centralised challenge.

Log 70,000 steps in 7 days and stand a chance to win a part of the handsome pot! It’s time to step on it:)
5.Title : Weekend Step Challenge This weekend, get Active!
We know weekends are about sleeping in! But do something crazy this weekend… push yourself, get out of the slumber and log your max steps! You will feel splendid after! Log 15,000 steps in 3 days and stand a chance to win a part of the handsome pot!
6.Title : Get Healthy,Get Wealthy Health is Wealth
As the age old Idiom goes, Health is Wealth…but well we mean that literally! Participate in this 15 Day Step Challenge and show us what you’ve got!The challenge is to complete the maximum number of steps in a period of 15 days! The participant that takes the highest number of steps is the winner. And the winner takes it all!

It is time to sweat it out! Burn 10,000 calories in 7 days and you will win yourself some exciting exciting prizes!
9.Title : Weekend Warrior Get Active this Weekend
The challenge is to hit 30,000 steps in 3 days. Each participant needs to pay 100 BOLTT to enter the challenge. This will result in a formation of the total Pot amount for the challenge.The total Pot Prize will get equally divided between the participants who will complete the challenge.
10.Title : Boltt Active Days Get Active Get Moving
The challenge is to hit 30 Km 3 days. Each participant needs to pay 100 BOLTT to enter the challenge. This will result in a formation of the total Pot amount for the challenge.
The total Pot Prize will get equally divided between the participants who will complete the challenge.
The BolttCoin Challenges saw a 100% participation from all employees.
Apart from winning rewards in each challenge, the participants also got a chance to “Take Steps and Earn Boltt Coins” via the BolttCoin App. The Coins can also be sent to loved ones from within the In App Wallet.
BolttCoins can be redeemed at the large In App Shop, to purchase different products from the Boltt Marketplace.
The App also had in- built Challenges’s Leaderboards that showing realtime data of each participants performance.
The challenges lead to a healthy competitive spirit in the organisation and were a great way to boost productivity and employee wellness.
It also provided a great tool for the management to engage with their employees and provide them gratification basis their health.
It was a true win — win!
